I have many answers, but only to irrelevant questions

Clogged drainage, seven pools, glorious Inglorious Basterds.

I was once told that Albert Einstein said that being able to take a dump or piss is one of the most unappreciated activities we are able to partake in. When my tummy decided to be uncooperative from last Thurs to this Fri, I learned the value of Einstein's words. Honestly, during this week+ span, there was a time where all I wanted out of life was to drop off the Cosby kids. That wasn't the only problem though. No defecation = no appetite = malnutrition = weak mind and body. I guess I'll get to the main point/lesson that I learned from my whole sickening ordeal.

Health is a blessing. Without it, you can't do sh*t (sometimes you can't even take one). Being healthy is what allows us more freedom to do stuff we want. In my sickened state, I couldn't go to school, play ball, sleep correctly, or even enjoy watching TV as much as I usually do.

WORK hard to stay healthy and when you are healthy, enjoy the things you love doing. We are all young and lets face it, once we get old, we get old.

Also, I went to Seven Pools on Saturday to take advantage of the pouring rain. We decided to go when in was raining like crazy because the waterfalls would be huge. It was a good hike in the rain and the river was action packed. I even went down a natural waterslide into the freezing water. I will admit I was pretty soaked for the majority of the hike but it was still pretty fun.

Also, I just saw Inglorious Bastards, which I must say was one of the best films I've watched. Tarentino at his best. Interesting and witty dialogue, simple yet deep plot, smoking female actresses, and blood and gore galore! I just rented it and now I may consider buying it because I liked it so much! Dominique DeCocco. Dominique DeCocco.
And also we just got a 47" HDTV at our house, so I'll be watching much more TV than I previously have, and that is FOHSHO.

Switching it up.

I decided to switch to blogspot: 1) You can't embed youtube videos in live journal.
2)Just to try something new. Maybe I'll blog more regularly.

One week of school is done and I would have to say that I am looking forward to this quarter. Workload doesn't seem so bad, but more importantly, I have a lot of interest in the classes I am taking. I just hope my classes continue to appeal to me because it makes school so much easier!

Also, I can't get over this tune by Ratatat called Mumtaz Khan. I even like to say the name. Mumtaz Khan, Mumtaz Khan. I particularly like it because of its unique sound. Sort of like a gypsy/Mongolian back-beat with a super siiiiick guitar solo to finish the song.
